This theory follows directly from P&P6 and combines it with P&P5++.
P&P6 stated that the Fnaf4 house from the minigames could have been built on the side of the Fnaf4 location (which means they would be part of the same building).
P&P5++ stated that it could be possible that the Fnaf1-2 location were made as an expansion of the the Fnaf4 building. In that theory we showed a couple of options to patch the locations together.
If we combine these two theories together, so if we assume both theories as true, of all the options there is actually only one which can fit, and it does fit. Look at the meshup below:
A cool detail is that BV's room ends up being placed in the same spot as the Fnaf2 office. The gray colour of both walls also match.
The only problem is Kid's Cove absence, but it can be explained rather easily. Keep in mind that under this theory the Fnaf4 house and "Fredbear's" were added together into a bigger building, some walls were destroyed and some rooms were added (note that "Fredbear's" is more likely a Freddy's with our assumptions). So Kids Cove could have just been a later addition to the building (which also implies that the Fnaf2 exit should be in that spot, by exclusion).
There is a another way to do this meshup (even though some things become more sketchy): BV's room has a tiled floor, and the Fnaf1 office has a tiled floor so we might want to assume that they should be put together in the meshup. The picture below shows it. This option brings to mind the puppet minigame of Fnaf6 (since the box is along the exit), Mangle ends up in the same spot as toy Mangle, and it's nice that the gradfather clock will be enclosed in the empty block of the Fnaf1 "blue" location. However it has some problems: where does the Fnaf4 easter egg room (the one with purple man) end up being?
TLDR
The Fnaf4 minigame house being built on the side of the Fnaf4 location is consistent with some of the theories connected to the one stating that the Fnaf4 location was expanded into the Fnaf1-2 locations.
Likelihood meter: 1,5% on average
Impact: Medium
Implications: These big "leap of faith" assumptions could spawn some interesting theories. The last option (which to be fair is more volatile) would even support for Charlie's murder to happen here.
Problems: The SL map shows Fredbear's and the Fnaf4 house to be a bit disjointed.
