An older building [FNAF1-2-3] {P&P5+}

This theory follows from P&P5 as a possible consequence of it.

 [Fnaf1 into Fnaf2]
The P&P5 theory states that the two locations of Fnaf1 and Fnaf2 could have been based over the same building. Therefore, some renovations must have happened, possibly two: original location into Fnaf2 location ("grand reopening"); Fnaf2 location into Fnaf1 location. This means we lack the first version of the building. Or is that so? Because some details inside these maps ask a question: could the Fnaf1 "blue" location of the minigames actually be older than the Fnaf2 location? The blood stains on the tables in the Fnaf1 "blue" building are not present in Fnaf2, as if they were moved away after the fact (on the contrary, if Fnaf2 did happen earlier instead, this would imply new blood spots appeared during Fnaf 1, years after the last known set of murders). Furthermore, the closet is missing from the Fnaf1 map, same for the kitchen, as if they opened those areas afterwards. The big dining room in Fnaf1 is here split into four rooms, and the bathrooms are sealed. The Fnaf1 safe room is open, while the Fnaf2 one seems to be walled. Yes, we might not want to take for granted every little detail we just mentioned (and some details are debatable), but every detail points towards the conclusion that the Fnaf1 "blue" building could be the original iteration of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
After all the Fnaf2 location was a grand reopening of the original iteration, so maybe, with the second renovation leading to Fnaf1, they wanted to rebuilt the initial feel of the pizzeria (along possibly with the redesign of the original animatronics).

TLDR
The "blue" location we see in the minigames might not be the Fnaf1 location as it seems, but it could be the original Freddy's Fazbear Pizzeria. The Fnaf1 location was then rebuilt in its shape for the nostalgia feel.

Likelihood meter: 9.5%
Impact: High
Implications: The springlock's incident happens way too early?
Connections with other theories: Rebuilding the Fnaf1 location taking as example the original Freddy's Fazbear Pizza is consistent with the theory that the Fnaf1 animatronics were remade using the original design (P&P2) -and not the withered or unwithered one- to cater to the nostalgia of the costumers. This allows the original Showtime to happen in that location too (P&P3).
Situational details:
  • The rooms with tiled floors could represent the structure of the original building.
  • The design of the prize toys in Fnaf2, hinting at the Fnaf1 design aligns with this theory.
  • This theory also explains why Freddy and Bonnie have buttons in the Follow Me minigame.
Problems: One detail that needs to be addressed is the new blood stain under the Fnaf2 stage.
